If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. You may also return your purchase to us within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund less original shipping costs. Purchases returned to us after 30 days from date of purchase, but no later than 90 days from date of purchase, will be subject to a 25% repackaging and restocking fee. The returned item must be undamaged and in re-saleable condition otherwise a 25% repackaging and restocking fee will apply regardless of how soon after the purchase date it is returned. Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your item.
All of our lighting products are warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. If during the warranty period, a defect should develop, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the product at no charge to the customer. This warranty becomes void if the product is tampered with or serviced by anyone other than us. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or damage from impact.
